In February of 2021 acquired entities were consolidated under a single brand, and the public was introduced to Workrise. The acquired entities included staffing companies in Construction, Wind, and Solar.

I led the charge in creating a catalog of branded uniforms and materials for all verticals to ensure consistency across all job sites.

Big company changes like this are often scary and confusing to those outside of the corporate realm. A big goal of mine was to instill trust and pride for the company in our workers through their uniforms and work materials. These items not only had to meet various job site requirements, but they had to stand the test of the elements. Well thought out design and selection of quality products made this refresh a huge success on the job site.

Branch Experience

Since the rebrand, we had made moves to rebrand and create consistent worker experiences within our local branches at a surface level. Essential updates like logo and signage changes, new printed marketing materials, and branded swag were made.

Branch of The Future was our first attempt at tearing down and rebuilding what the current branch office experience was, and defining what it should look like.

This was a multi-department project that needed to be pitched and receive sign-off from the highest company stakeholders. Below is a glimpse into what that process was like, from setting the stage, to painting the image of what the branch experience should look like, and how it would help us meet our business objectives.
